SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $19,500.000. A janitorial service contract is needed to for all necessary labor, tools, equipment supplies and transportation required to clean the public bathhouse, vault latrines, public restrooms, and other facilities provided by the United States Government for public use at Jennings Randolph Lake. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Derek.K.Phillips@usace.army.mil . Bids not proposals can be submitted via email only to Derek.K.Phillips@usace.army.mil. Available thru betaSAM.gov The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 12 January 2021, to all authenticated account holders of betaSAM.gov . To familiarize vendors with the newly released betaSAM system, please download the betaSAM.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid account to entered in the betaSAM system to access package.
