All other terms remain unchanged. Please see attached solicitation amendment and concept drawing(s). The US Army Corps of Engineers at East Sidney Dam, New York requires the replacement of the guardrail located on the dam crest access road. Several modifications to the dam crest have resulted in the existing guardrail being too low to be safe and effective. To bring the site up to standard, this existing guardrail must be removed, shoulder brought up to grade, and install 2,500 feet of new timber guardrail. The new guardrail will meet or exceed New York Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration standards and specifications.
