The Solicitation, W912DR20Q0076, will be issued for Indian Rock Wet Wall Repair, and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238140 size standard of $16,500,000. Work shall commence no later than 30 days after the issuance of the notice to proceed and be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following location: Indian Rock Dam, York, Pennsylvania The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
