The Solicitation, W912DR21Q0074 will be 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors). The small business size standard is $16.5 million. The project has an anticipated performance period is 90 days after the notice to proceed. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (SOW) for Janitorial Services The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
