Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Scope of Work (SOW) at the following locations: The US Army Corps of Engineers at Stillwater Dam in Forest City, Pennsylvania requires removal and replacement of a rubber roof on the dam intake tower. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
