The project has an anticipated performance period of 1 base year and 4 option year. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS): Refuse and Recycling Collection services will be required at Projects public recreation areas and administrative complexes. Cowanesque Lake facilities are located approximately five (5) miles west of Lawrenceville, PA. Hammond Lake facilities are located approximately four (4) miles south of Tioga, PA. Facilities included are campgrounds, maintenance areas, public picnic areas and boat ramps. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
