This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses; contains NAICS Code 541380; with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The project will consist of a base year plus four (4) optional years. Interested parties must be registered in Beta.SAM.gov (https://beta.sam.gov) in order to be awarded a contract.
