The Solicitation, W912DR20Q0002, will be issued for Road Repair Services to approximately 900 linear feet of road surface, and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 237310 size standard of $39.5 Million. The project has an anticipated performance period of 60 days from notice to proceed. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform all work as described in the Statement of Work. Place of Contract Performance : 710 East Ordnance Road Curtis Bay, Maryland 21226 Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing by email only to phillip.a.james@usace.army.mil no later than 22 November 2019 at 11:00 AM EST. This will allow responses to be posted on FBO prior to solicitation closing. By submission of a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardee must have an active registration in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this proposal. Lack of active registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or at: http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Friday, November 15, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov.
