Site visits must be conducted prior to the submission of quote. The site visit will be held on 06 November 2019 at 1100 am (EST). By submission of a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardee must have an active registration in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this proposal.
