This notice is only to seek sources for who can provide Sodium Permanganate 20% NaMn04 to the Washington Aqueduct water treatment plants. No proposals, quotations or agreements will be accepted as result of this notice. Sodium Permanganate shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B603, latest revision, for Sodium Permanganate, except as modified or supplemented herein, and shall conform to NSF/ANSI Standard 60. Approximately 60 tote bins (275-gallon tote bins) per year is anticipated for receipt between the two water treatment plants at the Washington Aqueduct in Washington DC. Please provide a capability statement to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice that includes CAGE Code, DUNS and business size (i.e. small business, 8(a), women owned, etc.).
