THE CLOSING DATE OF THE ADMENDMENT IS 24 OCT 2019, AT 2:00PM EST The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0126, will be issued for Title Services. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 541191, size standard of $11.0 mil. The project has an anticipated award date of OCTOBER 24, 2019. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are located on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) located within the solicitation. The location of the work to be performed is: 207 Bettis Rd., West Mifflin, PA 15122.(Land located adjacent to Bettis Atomic Research Lab) The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the project.
