The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and management necessary to perform ground maintenance as described herein, at the Washington Aqueduct and satellite installations (approximately 129 acres), in accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, etc., 2. Any questions concerning this solicitation must be submit Request for Information (RFIs) by e-mail only to aisha.r.boykin@usace.army.mil no later than 19 September 2018 at 11:00 AM (EST). 3. Quotes can be submitted via e-mail to Aisha Boykin, Purchasing Agent at e-mail aisha.r.boykin@usace.army.mil, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Branch. 4. Site visits must be conducted prior to the submission of quote. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, 16 September 2019 starting at 0800 hours until complete. 5. By submission of a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardee must have an active registration in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this proposal. 6. This solicitation close date has been extended to 15 October 2019 at 11:00 am (EST).
