The services rendered shall be for the contractor to provide on-call and on-site assistance in areas pertaining to the IC system operation, software support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. These services are needed to ensure continuous software upgrades and technical service support. 2. By submission of a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardee must have an active registration in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this proposal. Lack of active registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
