The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0112, will be issued for required maintenance and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 336611. The project has an anticipated performance period of 150 days from September 20, 2019. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Due to the time and cost of transportation, the work within this scope shall be accomplished within a 90 mile radius of the Baltimore District, Fort McHenry field offices. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to vincent.j.gier@usace.army.mil No Later than Tuesday, 13 September 2019 at 11:00 AM ET. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Friday, September 6, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
