The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. The objective of this requirement is to perform proof of concept testing of dry-fog mold remediation and prevention process used to eliminate mold and prevent regrowth on JBMHH and Fort Mc Nair.
