All other terms and conditions remained unchanged. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This solicitation, W912DR19Q0068, will be issued for Title Evidence and Closing Services and is 100% set-aside for Amall Businesses, NAICS 541191 size standard $11.0 Million. This project has an anticipated performance period of one base year and two option years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Scope of Work (SOW). The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the SOW. The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing and delivering Owner's Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof in the form of preliminary, interim or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements, as appropriate, and Closing Services. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
