This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business under NAICS Code 238220. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only (FBO).
