This amendment to the solicitation (W912DR19Q0047-001) responds to RFI. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________ The solicitation, W912DR19Q0047, will be issued for the Application of Herbicide Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NACIS 561730 size standard of $7.5 million. The project has an anticipated performance period of one base year and four option years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM Instructions for registering are on the website. The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Jennings Randolph Lake intend to contract for herbicidal treatment during periods of growth of invasive species on the property. The areas requiring herbicide treatment include: on the Jennings Randolph Lake Dam, upstream and downstream, the Dike area, upstream and downstream, Stilling Basin, Howell Run Picnic Area, Robert W. Craig overflow parking area, below the West Virginia overlook retaining wall, below the Mountain Meadow overlook, below the Sunset Trail overlook, Maryland overlook #1 parking lot, and outlets of 40 culverts on the West Virginia side of the project and outlets of 14 culverts on the Maryland side of the project. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Monday, April 8, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
