The project has an anticipated performance period for a base year and one option year. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (SOW) at various Armed Forces Recruiting Offices located Maryland and West Virginia. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, and supplies to complete the Project.
