Revised pre-bid site visit from March 15, 2019, 10:00 AM to April 18, 2018, 12:00 PM EST. The RFI due date is extended from March 18, 2019, 2:00 PM EST to April 22, 2019 2:00 PM EST. Also revised Bid Schedule for CLIN 0001 and 0002 of the Base Year has been reduced from 184 days to 170 days. Also revised PWS to reflect Period of Performance changed for the base year as w ell as the pre-w ork/training requirement has been rescheduled from 29 and 30 April 2019 to 9 and 10 May 2019. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0032, will be issued for Park Attendant Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 721211 size standard of $7.5 Million. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from May 1, 2019, with three option periods of 12 months. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Tioga-Hammond Lakes Project intends to contract for live-in park contractors at the Ives Run Campground. The contractor shall be required to implement all aspects of a campground reservation program to include but not limited to answering campground phone; providing information and assistance to customers; performing campground status checks; collecting camping fees; issuing user permits and vehicle passes to campers; and selling America the Beautiful Passes in accordance with the training provided at the orientation session and guidance provided in the Park Attendant Handbook and other provided regulations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
