The Solicitation, W912DR-19-Q-0008 will be 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscape Services). The small business size standard is $7.5 million. The project has an anticipated performance period for a base year and four option years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM, you will need your DUNS number. Instructions for registering are on the website. Please see the "Instructions to Offerors" section of the solicitation for site visit information. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Tioga/Hammond & Cowanesque Lakes, Tioga, PA. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, and supplies to complete the Project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Keilow.k.king@usace.army.mil no later than February 04, 2019 at 12:00 pm EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about January 25, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
