The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking lease proposals for approximately 4,200 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a ¼ mile radius of 896 Plaza Boulevard, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17603. The space must have a secondary egress, adequate parking for about 10 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, and registration generally takes 24 to 48 hours after submission, though the new registration process may take several weeks.
