This is a Sources Sought Notice/RFI for market research and preliminary planning only, not a solicitation or obligation to award. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, seeks qualified, capable, and interested parties for a commercial-off-the-shelf pipe crawling inspection system. The system will inspect non-sanitary municipal and civil infrastructure, typically accessed through standard manholes, drainage flap gates, and mechanical access points. It must be modular, steerable, wheel-driven, and adjustable to varying pipe sizes, lengths, and construction materials. Interested parties meeting the technical capabilities should submit company/POC details, UEI, CAGE Code, SAM.gov status, NAICS 334519 status, COTS/custom capabilities, and ability to deliver all Draft Purchase Description components via email as an Adobe PDF.
