Kansas FY27 Mass Solicitation - Custodial Services

This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for custodial/janitorial services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recreation areas across multiple Kansas lake projects: Melvern, Pomona, Wilson, and Perry Lakes. The work is divided into ten separate packages, each potentially resulting in an independent contract award. Performance periods begin between April and May 2027, with initial terms of one year plus either two or four option years depending on the package. Contractors must maintain active SAM registration to be eligible. All work will be performed in Kansas at the specified lake projects.
