Construct Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build construction of a new 10-story Air Traffic Control Tower and demolition of the existing tower at Ft. Riley, Kansas. The project magnitude is estimated between $25 million and $100 million. This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify qualified and capable firms; it is not a solicitation. The scope includes comprehensive construction and site work, and the successful offeror may be required to submit a Project Labor Agreement. Responses must demonstrate relevant experience with large-scale ATC tower construction and demolition.
