The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to award a multiple-award contract for architect-engineer services. The work involves civil planning, design, and construction support for projects primarily within the Kansas City District and the broader Northwestern Division area. Services may also extend to military installations, hazardous waste projects, and interagency projects within the division. The contract will be awarded through an unrestricted, full and open competition with a small business reserve. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications.
