The requirement is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one-year base period and two (2), one-year option periods. The general scope includes, but is not limited to, mowing and trimming of approximately 25 recreation areas, including boat ramp access roads, parking lots, campgrounds, and office areas, totaling approximately 750 acres per mowing cycle.
