This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for remedial action efforts at the Roebling Steel Superfund Site Operable Unit 4 (OU4) and 5 (OU5), located in the Village of Roebling, Florence Township, Burlington County, New Jersey.Remedial activities may include, but are not limited to, installation of a soil cap, building demolition, artifact restoration, building restoration, and construction of a new building.This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, or to pay any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. We anticipate the solicitation to be advertised on or after June 27, 2025.
