Description of Services Required: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, vehicles, and equipment necessary for an A/V Support Contract to acquire assistance in developing the technical scope of work to upgrade the A/V systems in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within NWK?s Headquarters in the Bolling Federal Building. A/V Consultant will develop the technical requirements for the contract and provide technical advice in the evaluation of proposals. This is a new requirement.
