This contract is being procured in accordance with Public Law 92-582, the Brooks Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and DFARS 236.6. The selection will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The primary purpose of this A-E contract is to support the Value Engineering (VE) Services to the Kansas City District and may be used for any US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) District in the Northwestern Division (NWD) and other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Districts. One (1) indefinite delivery contract (IDC) will be negotiated and awarded.The proposed services are for Value Engineering services for various Military, Environmental Restoration, and Civil Works projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The services performed under this contract and individual task orders may be formal VE studies and/or VE studies/reviews, including presentations. Each proposal must devise a plan that indicates the capability to start task orders/studies within two (2) weeks of the notice to proceed (NTP) and perform simultaneous workshops in two (2) different locations and consecutively for a sustained period.
