This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for an Unrestricted Solicitation and Award for Remedial Action efforts at the Former Cornell-Dubilier Electronics Superfund Site OU4, Reaches 2-4, South Plainfield, NJ. The overall objective for this requirement is to perform remedial action efforts to include excavation, dredging and offsite disposal of PCB-containing soil and sediments along Bound Brook. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000. The Period of Performance will be 8 years. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 30 November 2023, with proposals due on or about 29 January 2024. Plans will be available for inspection via ProjNet, once the solicitation has been released. This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor to pay any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
