Amendment 0001 This Amendment is to provide the PWS and Maps to the original Solicitation. (Maps are Attachment A) As well as, update the Proposal Instructions, Evaluation Factors and Clauses: 52.215-22, 52.215-23, 52.212-5 & 52.215-22. There is no change to the Solicitation Proposal Date. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Mowing Services to support the Melvern Lake Project in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statements. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.
