The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has an immediate need for Janitorial Services at the Wilson Lake Project Office, Sylvan Grove, KS, in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The services furnished under this contract shall consist of a pre-work conference, and furnishing labor, material and equipment, to maintain the facilities in a clean and orderly conditions and in accordance with general commercial practices. Services shall be performed in the facilities listed below, subject to the level of quality as establish in the terms of performance: Administration Building Approximately 66? X 73?Main Maintenance Shop Approximately 32? X 64?Carpenters Shop Approximately 29? X 32?Sidewalks Approximately 1100 sq ft Sylvan Park Shower Building Approximately 26? x 13?. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) located in Section C. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.
