All of the wells constructed in 1992 pose the same risk of corrosion induced collapse of the well riser since they were all constructed with dissimilar metals. The Wilson Relief Well Replacement project will line remaining wells constructed in 1992, (RW-2A, RW-9A, RW-10A, RW-11A, RW-12A, RW-6A, RW-7A, RW-8A). In addition to lining the 1992 wells, up to 9 replacement wells will be installed. An additional option to this work will encompass work pertinent to replacement and extension of the existing 54 inch pipe, approximately 130ft in length, including earthwork associated with the pipe extension as well as rockwork at the pipe outfall.

This solicitation is for bids for a Firm Fixed-Price Single Award for Wilson Relief Wells in Russell County, KS. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This requirement will be solicited and bids will be received, through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) System Solicitation Portal. This estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A Bid Bond and Payment/Performance Bonds shall be required. If the offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM data base, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective offeror.
