The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910, (Remediation Services), with a small business size standard of $22,000,000.00 million in average annual receipts.Requirement is to demolish recently acquired properties for the VASTLHCS JC renovation project. There are two groups of 3 houses each, for a total of six (6) houses that are to be demolished. Additionally, there is a commercial restaurant, Sweetie Pies, to be demolished on the southern edge of the property. All have basements and utilities to be removed within 5 ft of the property line.
