The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District has issued the Solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide site-wide landscaping, including site plantings, site furnishings, landscape lighting, and irrigation on the 97 acre site in support of the replacement campus for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency?s (NGA) 2nd Street, St. Louis facilities, as part of the West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program. The estimated performance period for completion of construction is 540 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A bid guarantee will be required with your bid in the amount of 20% of the Offeror?s proposed price or $3,000,000, whichever is less. A site visit will be conducted on 28 November 2023. Pre-Solicitation Notice – W912DQ23R7002 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Design-Bid-Build solicitation for a single Firm Fixed-Price, construction contract for Landscaping in support of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program in St. Louis, MO. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 4 October 2022 on the Federal website at SAM.gov. The general scope of the requirements will be to provide site-w ide landscaping, including site plantings, site furnishings, landscape lighting, and irrigation on the 97-acre site in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA’s) West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program in St. Louis, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730, (Landscaping Services). The estimated magnitude of this project is over $10,000,000. The estimated performance period for completion of construction is 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). If the offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity.
