The overall objective for this requirement is to perform remedial action efforts to include the removal and disposal of battery casing waste material and contaminated soils at several locations across the site’s 80 acres. This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor to pay any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice.
