The services to be furnished under this contract shall consist of a pre-work conference and furnishing labor, materials, and appropriate equipment to provide lawn care services necessary to maintain the areas surrounding the Perry Lake Information Center, 10419 Perry Park Dr., Perry, Kansas, Jefferson County (referred to as the Administration Area) as specified hereinafter. A. Service: Weekly Mowing & Trimming, Acreage: 2.5 acres, Quantity: 31 weeks B. Service: Bi-Weekly Mowing and Trimming, Acreage: 4.6 acres, Quantity: 13 weeks *NOTE: Once Weekly Mowing Between 1 April – 31 October 2023, 2024, 2025 **NOTE: Bi-Weekly Mowing Between 1 April – 31 October 2023, 2024, 2025 1 April – 31 October: Exact limits of the area for which lawn care will be provided, height of grass cut, and other specific details shall be as directed by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). Steep slopes in some areas may require the use of non-riding equipment.
