This solicitation is for offers for a Firm Fixed-Price Single Award for Repairs... The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District (NWK), intends to issue a solicitation for construction services. This solicitation is for offers for a Firm Fixed-Price Single Award for Repairs to a Maintenance Building at the Glasgow Project Office, MO. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 October 2022 on the SAM website at www.sam.gov, and proposals will be due within 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The NAICS code that will apply to projects under these contracts will be NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Size standard is $39.5 million. The Government will award one contract under this solicitation. This estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A Bid Bond and Payment/Performance Bonds shall be required. This work will include structure repairs, installation of an elastomeric roof coating, skylights panels, electrical service, distribution panel, windows, overhead doors, and entry doors. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision and material necessary to complete the project. Work will be performed at Glasgow, MO. The Period of Performance shall be 90 days from Notice to Proceed. Interested offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). If the offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM data base, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective offeror.
