The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that facilities cleanup services as defined in this performance work statement (PWS) are completed in a manner that will maintain all buildings and facilities in a clean, sanitary condition, and grounds are free of litter and debris.
