It shall be done in a manner that will maximize retention of standing stumps to facilitate trunk and root removal at a later date. Felled vegetation to remain in place except as noted below. Site access is restricted to river access only. Contractor questions: It states that vegetation may stay in place except where noted. Are there any locations where the vegetation must be removed?
