Truman Lake Project has a need for the clearing of and application of chemical to approximately 75 miles of Harry S. Truman Project boundary and replacing up to 75 boundary marker posts. FY25 (OPTION) Services include the clearing of and application of chemical to approximately 75 miles of Harry S. Truman Project boundary and replacing up to 75 boundary markers. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision, as necessary to perform tasks as described in this PWS from the defined starting point to the defined ending point. The contractor shall adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. Due to the nature of the vegetation growth around Truman Lake this should not be a basis for assumptions on quantity or size of vegetation. Shaded areas, low lying areas, fertile soil, etc all grow differently than the opposite conditions. Contractors are strongly encouraged to verify required work efforts via visual inspection during the site visit or at their own leisure prior to bid submission. This solicitation is for offers for a Firm Fixed-Price Single Award for Repairs to a Maintenance Building at the Glasgow Project Office, MO. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 October 2022 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov, and proposals will be due within 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The NAICS code that will apply to projects under these contracts will be NAICS 236210 (Industrial Building Construction) The Size standard is $39.5 million. The Government will award one contract under this solicitation. This estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work will be performed at Glasgow, MO.
