***Amendments 0003 & 0004 to Solicitation W912DQR224010 & Justification & Approval for Brand Name or Equal - USACE Kansas City District Command Suite Modification in Bolling Federal Building, Missouri*** Amendment 0003 was a system error (no change from Amendment 0002), and Amendment 0004 extends the solicitation due date from April 21, 2022 to April 25, 2022. Description This requirement is a firm-fixed supply contract with installation, to renovate the existing USACE Kansas City District Command Suite in the Bolling Federal Building, Kansas City, MO. This renovation includes the purchase of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and installation, installation drawings, installation instructions, field measuring, shipping and delivery coordination, receiving, inspection, submitting and processing freight and warranty claims, and moving existing furniture to disposition location, as well as the installation of a small amount of Government-Furnished audio-visual equipment. Brand name or equal furniture and interior finishes are identified for clarification of color and salient features. Contractor can propose alternate materials so long as the intent of the colors and salient features are met. This requirement is in Kansas City, MO, in the 5th Congressional District. This project is solicited to an 8a Sole Source and is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The submission must be received no later than 2:00 PM Central Time on April 25, 2022, to francis.s.frenette@usace.army.mil and christina.j.lawson@usace.army.mil.
