The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Melvern Lake Project, Arrow Rock Campground, is looking to replace a traditional shingled roof on their existing show er house w ith a new locking seam metal roof. In addition, they want the same work perf ormed on two identical shower buildings in nearby campgrounds at the project, (Coeur d' Alene Park and Turkey Point Park). These additional shower buildings are optional. The contractor shall provide all supervision, equipment, labor, layout and materials necessary to complete the removal, disposal of, and installation of a new locking seam metal roof and associated components. This work w ill include tearing off the shingled roof, underlayment, decking, flashing and related materials. Disposing of all removed materials. Installing new decking (Government Supplied), underlayment and completely new , locking seam roofing system and associated components. This solicitation will result in the award of one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract. The North American Industry Classif ication (NAICS) is 238160, "Roofing Contractors," with a Small Business Standard Size of $16.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
