This synopsis/solicitation will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 562111 for “Solid Waste Collection” The SBA business size standard is: $41,500,000.00. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code: 4212: Waste Management Product/Service Code: P400 for “Salvage- Demolition of Buildings” Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for demolition and removal of structures in Talley Bend campground. The contractors shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statements. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services. A: The answer is Yes. The debris can be used as bank stabilization along the bank where the ramp is removed. It shall be placed in layers and not piled, and be without exposed reinforcement. Q: Where is the approved landfill location? A: There is no required landfill, and you should verify the resources available nearest the worksite to ensure they accept the material. Q: How many septic tanks are onsite? A: The only septic tanks are in the six (6) toilet buildings.
