Curtis Creek Shower House - remove abandoned solar panels and piping, removing (2) inside tanks, replace existing skylights, patch roof damage if needed, replace the fascia boards, square building ends and the complete installation of the metal roofing overlay. West Rolling Hills Shower House - replace existing skylights, patch roof damage if needed, replace the fascia boards, square building ends and the complete installation of the metal roofing overlay. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, and material necessary to complete the project.
