Project Description The Milford Lake Project Office is looking to build a new pole barn structure within the confines of its existing maintenance storage facilities footprint. This work will include installation of a single 45’ x 64’ wooden pole barn, with the installation of concrete, utilities, and chain-link fence. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, and material necessary to complete the project. Additional information may be requested after initial response, either from individual respondents or all respondents. This Sources Sought is the only document that will be published notifying potential offerors of the Government’s intent of establishing a competitive market base. This solicitation is for offers for a Firm Fixed-Price Single Award for a new Pole Barn Structure at Milford Lake, KS. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will be available on or about 8 February 2022 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov, and proposals will be due within 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The NAICS code that will apply to projects under these contracts will be NAICS 236210 (Industrial Building Construction) The Size standard is $39.5 million. The Government will award one contract under this solicitation. This estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work will be performed at Milford Lake, KS. Interested offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Firms can register via the SAM internet web-site at https://sam.gov/content/home.
