The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Analytical Lab Services. The selected awardee shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and its Attachments. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances,statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services. The government intends to award single action from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. Best value will be determined by evaluating price and, as applicable,technical qualifications. Specifically, the government will review the offerors’ pricing to determine whether it provides fair and reasonable pricing for the items submitted and, as applicable, will review the technical information submitted to determine whether the materials offered satisfy the requirements identified in the solicitation.
