The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, fuel, materials and supplies, and supervision necessary to accomplish vegetative management services at the Administration Area, Dam Area, Outlet Park, Thompsonville Park, Rock Creek Park, Old Town Park, Old Military Trail Park, Longview Park, Slough Creek Park, Perry Park, and the Perry ATV Riding Area of the Perry Lake in Jefferson County, Kansas. Services shall be completed as described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract. The Contractor shall perform tasks listed in Section C-10. Acceptable performance standards and current regulations are provided for each task. The Contractor shall monitor performance and ensure compliance in accordance with the terms and conditions.
