The Q&A have uploaded to this advertisement. ******************************************************************** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue an RFQ solicitation for Construction Services for the Harry S Truman Lake Project Office located at Warsaw, MO for electrical upgrades. The RFQ will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Harry S. Truman Dam & Reservoir, has a need for replacing/upgrading electrical entrance service (120/208 volts, 3 phase), providing all electrical equipment and electrical connections at Lake Project Office. Work includes the installation of electrical 320-meter box, 400amp fused disconnect, 400amp transfer switch, 200amp electrical connector to emergency generator, 400amp circuit power panel, 100amp circuit power panel, mounting equipment, wire and conduit. Incidental work includes but is not limited to electrical connections at service pole and electrical circuit panels; trenching: boring and the installation of all incidental materials to complete the work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project unless otherwise specified. This is project will be advertised as 100% Small Business set-aside. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There will not be an organized site visit is planned for this solicitation. At this time, no options have been identified for this project. The estimated performance period for completion of construction is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). No Bid Bonds will be required for this procurement. This procurement is a competitive Small Business set-aside utilizing the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238210—Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Offerors are responsible for checking the beta.sam.gov Contracting Opportunities website frequently for any update(s) or questions and answers to the Solicitation.
